PLEASE HELP US CONTINUE TO BRING JAZZ TO FORT WORTH!

We are excited about celebrating our 10th anniversary! We have some exciting concerts planned for this season. Every dollar you donate helps us bring this music to life and helps our mission to enrichment our community through high school scholarships.
As a non profit organization, we rely on your kindness and generosity to continue to bring jazz to our community!

The East Fort Worth Community Jazz Band (EFWCJB) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and was formed in 2014 to provide a venue for young and seasoned musicians to improve their musical talents and provide music for the community. The only requirement for membership is a reasonable proficiency on an instrument, ability to read music, and a desire to perform jazz and swing music. The mission of the EFWCJB is to perform throughout the Fort Worth communities and encourage musicians to join the jazz band as an outlet for community service and to raise funds for high school scholarships.  Recently EFWCJB was awarded the Outstanding Organization for 2023 from the East FW Business Association for our valued contribution to the East Fort Worth community.
Thank you for being a part of the EFWCJB Family! We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming concerts!

Mission Statement
The mission of the East Fort Worth Community Jazz Band is to provide quality musical performances for Fort Worth and surrounding communities and give our adult and student musicians opportunities to learn new music and improve their musical skills. The East Fort Worth Community Jazz Band is a volunteer organization of approximately 28 members from all parts of our community who share a passion for music.

In the last four years, EFWCJB has provided free jazz concerts for the Fort Worth and surrounding areas, helped the Lion's Club raise funds for HS Scholarships and has raised money along with area businesses to award a $1000 scholarship to an East Fort Worth graduating senior.
